This Privacy Policy explains how SL Prime Enterprises ("WareGent", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information when you use WareGent — a cloud-based platform that helps businesses manage orders, inventory, pricing, billing, GST, payments, and marketplace operations. By using WareGent you agree to this policy.
WareGent is operated by SL Prime Enterprises, India. We are the data controller for account information and act as a processor for the business data you choose to store or connect to WareGent.
We collect: (a) account information you provide — name, email, phone, business name and type; (b) business data you create or import — products, inventory, customers, orders, invoices, GST details, and expenses; and (c) marketplace data retrieved from sales channels you choose to connect, such as Amazon and Flipkart.
When you connect your Amazon Seller account, WareGent accesses information through the Amazon Selling Partner API strictly to provide the service to you, the authorized seller. Depending on the roles you grant, this may include order information, inventory, product listings, and pricing. We use this information only to synchronize, display, automate, and manage your own Amazon operations inside WareGent.
We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share one seller's information with any other seller or any third party for their own purposes. Each seller's Amazon information is isolated to that seller's account.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, secure, and improve WareGent; to sync and automate your orders, inventory, pricing, shipping, billing, and GST; to process transactions you initiate; and to send you service notices and support messages.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We rely on a limited set of trusted infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, payment processing, and email delivery — solely to operate WareGent, bound by confidentiality and used only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
We protect information with: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest; access restricted by job duty on a least-privilege basis; Multi-Factor Authentication and a password policy (minimum 12 characters with a special character, rotated at least annually) on accounts that can access this data; and secure credential handling — API keys and secrets are never hard-coded in applications, placed in public repositories, or shared. Marketplace access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to the browser. We maintain network security controls including firewalls, intrusion detection, anti-malware, and network segmentation.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, and you can disconnect a connected marketplace at any time. When you disconnect a channel or delete your account, the related access tokens and synchronized marketplace information are removed from active systems promptly (within 30 days), except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or tax obligations.
We maintain a written incident response plan with defined roles and responsibilities, reviewed at least every six months. In the event of a security incident involving Amazon Information, we will notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection and take prompt steps to investigate and remediate.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your information. Account and business data can be managed and exported from within WareGent, or you can contact us to make a request.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
